Constipation is a problem that affects the digestive system

takes just a half a papaya eaten with breakfast to work as a laxative.
Another method is to
have castor oil in warm milk as it will help get the bowels moving. Two teaspoons of aloe can also be consumed per
day as a home remedy to relieve constipation.
Drink a couple glasses of water
and getting yourself out the door to go for a walk as our body needs fluids and
exercise to remain healthy. Try herbal laxatives which are
