Constipation is a common intestinal problem and almost
everyone gets constipated at least once within their lifetime. Constipation is when

are constipated as these increases dehydration and gives rise to constipation. Go to the bathroom whenever you have the urge
do not avoid and neglect not going to the bathroom as this would make the stools
dry and tough. Pregnancy can also cause
constipation.
