Constipation
is a common gastrointestinal problem. Some of the symptoms of constipation are
having infrequent bowel movements, passing hard stools, straining excessively

for constipation which stimulates the digestion procedure and absorption of
nutrients in the bowels. Refined foods items are tough to digest and can cause
constipation. Avoid juices with included sugars or sugar as they can easily
worsen the condition.
Keep yourself hydrated always; never dehydrate your
body. Drink at least 8 glasses of water
every day to keep the body hydrated which will also help getting rid of waste
and toxins from the body. Exercise
regularly and workout frequently as it helps the food to digest well which
results in proper bowel movements.
