People suffering from constipation should have food that
relieve them from this problem and can go to the bathroom without straining or
any other problems. Chronic constipation
can lead to health problems like headaches, indigestion, malnutrition, irritability,
bowel cancer, heart problems, abdominal pain, weight gain, etc.
Foods that relieve constipation are okra; psyllium husks,
prunes, dates, carrots, oranges, apples, lettuce, and beans to name a few. Avoid eating refined foods that contain no
fiber and maintain a healthy diet that contains vitamins, minerals as they are
high in fiber.
To avoid constipation
drink a lot of water and stay hydrated and make sure that you are not eating
refined starches like white rice, pastas, and breads. Constipation is unhealthy and to keep you
