Constipation is a common disorder that most people suffer
from. Constipation can be infrequent
stool, difficulty in passing stools and if proper care is not taken it could
lead to hemorrhoids. Constipation is when the stools are hard and difficult to
eliminate which can be very painful. If
you do not have bowel movement every day it does not mean you are constipation;
it can be three time a week or a day depending on an individual. The most
